You know what I did last weekend?

Like everyone else, I always look forward to a nice pleasant weekend to escape from the painful problems of the world (North Korea's active nuclear weapons program and Gulf Coast oil spill are by far the world's biggest concerns, sigh).

Well, also like everyone else, I always look on the bright side. Life is cruel and full of challenges (sometimes but most of the time is super awesome) but being too negative won't help a thing too, why not live life to its fullest instead?

So we did. A spontaneous BBQ on Saturday and a unplanned picnic at Portland Rose Garden on Sunday ^__________^V

Chicken wings, hot dogs and sweet corns. I called this M'sian style BBQ; it'll be more prefect if I can eat seafood.


I was hooked on the awesome HK drama series, ghost writer (蒲松龄). Yup, Chean did all the work. Hehe :D


No lah, I joined him with champagne after the 9th episode :p

And the next day... P.I.C.N.I.C time!!!

Summer Love

I miss M'sia so bad lately. But it's not because of my family or friends（although I long to see them again), it's Karaoke, its awesome stereo effect and the fun of opening a 3 hours mini concert together with my sis. I miss all that so much...

So don't blame for acting dumb, yup, singing with a faux ice-cream cone and real chocolate






(Don't get me wrong, everything I do, I do it for the sake of this post, you think I really sing with that ice-cream cone meh...)

Well, maybe I can't do Karaoke like the way I did it in M'sia here, but there's this one thing that compensates all these and we called that S.U.M.M.E.R.

Rose, Rose, I Love You

So yesterday Chean and I enjoyed a leisurely stroll with Miyaki, it was a 15 mins walk to a mini rose garden around our neighborhood.

Thanks to my eagerness to try out the super duper old iPhone apps, QuadCamera that Chean had downloaded a decade ago, I can create a lomo collection now (I actually have the real lomo camera sleeping in my Ikea pink drawer, but I just don't feel like using it yet).







Well, the iPhone apps is greener I supposed, no film needed :p

With barely 4 hours sleep and full anticipation, I welcomed this greatest day of my life on last Sat, 19th of June, 2010. Hello world, it's my graduation!!!


This gentlemen is my pet sitter-cum-driver-cum-photographer of the day.

I was extremely tired + thirsty + hungry after the whole ceremony and photo session; I didn't get a chance to drink a single sip of water from morning til noon. Thank god lunch was prepared by the MBA department at Marylhurst school campus. S.T.A.R.V.I.N.G!!!
