Ok, here it goes for my beauty tutorial! Hehe...Listen carefully people. Collagen is very important to reduce fine lines, wrinkles and loss of elasticity and firmness. It gives skin its elasticity and firmness and makes hair, teeth and nails strong. According to reliable research, we lose 1.5% of collagen per year after age 25 and production ceases around age 40-45. Then, CoQ10 is a dynamite antioxidant and it is responsible for essential chemical reactions. All in all, grab these if you don't want to look like an old lady at your 40's. Hehe...Now I bet you'll rush to pharmacy tomorrow!!
Besides, sunblock is another essential tool for me. As we all know sunlight will double-quick the aging process. UVA and UVB hurt my skin everyday, especially when I was in Malaysia. These were the sunscreen products I used in M'sia.
1) Sunplay Perfect Shield SPF 130 (for skin), RM 22.90
2) Sunplay Powdery White SPF 27 (for skin & face), RM 24.90
Sunplay provides effective sunscreen protection but it do not sell here in US. It's ok, there's always another alternative. I bought this instead.
Clinique Super City Block, US$ 16.50 for each.

Sooo many chemicals..Hope it won't make you age faster instead. One thing tho, just an advise; a person who likes you just because you're beautiful, especially boy, they just want your body. Period.

i only seriously started looking into 'war against anti-aging' since last year after i hit 25 (too bad I'm a lazy bum)
however due to laziness I only use moisturizer, body and sometimes hand lotion, and now that I'm back in msia since a month ago, sunscreen...but i still sometimes forget to put on any...
..i would say that applying some of these is indeed an important regime...however I do not take in any supplements...well, i'm not too sure abt products in the US (hope they are totally safe) ...but just to give u an idea, any rational doc would
tell his patient to take natural food items instead of supplements (even if it's 'just' vitamins)...taking them occasionally is fine but really not advised on a long term basis...if u know what i mean...
anyway i think i know what u mean...i wish i stop 'aging' when i hit 25;PPP hahaha...but even with this fear of signs of aging, I still find it very hard to disciplin myself or to remember to put on necessary things before I get out of the house;PPP...plus I've got this chemical-phobia thing in me;PPP
but lots or water and fruits/vege will never go wrong...at least that's what we know for now...(minus those pesticides and contaminants in water and plants, of coz;PP)
