Speaking of family, my family & I had a blissful mini retreat at The Golden Palm Tree Iconic Resort & Spa last weekend. It supposed to be a family vacation but sis got to sit for exam and bro had to run an event, so ended up just 4 of us enjoying the ambiance of the 5 stars sea-villa...

#1 Checking into Ivory Palm Villa...

#2 Mum resting in the living room after exploring the surrounding :p

#3 The second bedroom comes with 2 twin beds that can comfortably accommodate 4 people, I think ;)

#4 Second bedroom's bathroom.

#5 Spacious office & reading area with sea views~

#6

#7 The master suite.

#8 Daddy Chean helping out while Mama Bev got busy with her camera, hehe~~

#9 Large vanity in the bathroom, and the double sinks, love it :D

#10 Was expecting a jacuzzi but the receptionist commented that it's only available in the Royale Palm Villa. It's ok, I can live with a tub ^^V
Initially, I booked for a Canary Palm Tree via the school holiday promo package that advertised on Golden Palm Tree's Facebook page, only at RM720 per night with complimentary breakfast buffet. It's such a great deal and thing got even more awesome when the staff upgraded my room to Ivory Palm Villa upon check-in, for F.R.E.E of course which I didn't ask for. So grateful!

#11 Bao Bao posing like a pro, haha... Thank you Aunt Annie for the Chateau De Sable dress and the matching bloomer, love the quality and design so much and now I'm a big fan!
This whole trip is on me as a post-celebration for Chloe's birthday, hehe *proud* Unfortunately we didn't get to do much due to the cloudy and rainy weather, but the happiest thing is that Chloe got to swim for the first time!

#12 Look at her, super excited~~

#13 Was a little anxious at first...

#14 Went gaga after a few secs! Splashing and kicking her legs nonstop! So adorable!

#15 Guss I was teaching her to hold the handle with her tiny hands...

#16 Relaxing by the pool...

#17

#18 Overlooking the ocean...

#19 LOL...

#20 Happy face(s) :D
Now you'll say that's why Chloe is sick; she caught a cold after the swimming session. Nope! We only got into the pool for about 5 mins :'( Cause grandma was nagging unstoppably; she thinks baby shouldn't swim at all at such early age @.@ But hoh, Americans send their babies to swimming classes as early as 6 m/o leh, hmm... Btw, it's Daddy Chean who passed the viruses to her instead.

#21 The sunset.

#22
Mum & Chean went down for BBQ & Seafood Grill Buffet at one of the restaurants, charged about RM120++ per person (after tax) but they said the food was below expectation. Me? I stayed in the room with Chloe BB and ate cup noodles; I'm currently practicing meat-free diet ^^

#23 Evening view at the restaurant.

#24 Some of the food they enjoyed...

#25 Had complimentary breakfast buffet the next day morning :D

#26

#27 Croissant & Omelet for Chloe BB~~

#28 She can hardly wait :p

#29

#30 Mum & Chloe BB ❤❤❤

#31 She wanted to swim again! But it's raining, bummer!

#32 Woke up from her noon nap and being playful again.

#33

#34 Pillow talk? :p

#35

#36

#37 The only selfie of the day. One can't be too narcissistic with a baby :'(

#38

#39 Family portrait with Chloe pointing to the red flashing light! It's the timer baby, just chill, hehe...

#40 On buggy ride to the main lobby... Checking out already! Should have booked for two nights.

#41 Hi-5 with mummy~~

#42 Bye Bye Sepang Gold Coast (^_^)V
Chloe's post birthday celebration and first outing to the beach end here. See ya!
XOXO,
Bev
