# Florida (Dec-Jan 2005)

South Beach is the most famous and popular sandy beach in Miami. Westerner loves beaches and hot sun. You'll see all the rich and famous sunbathing and chilling along the beach. Obviously, I do not categorize myself as one of the rich and famous. But I'll still feel great if you misinterpreted.

It's Disney World located in Orlando. I know, my face was rounded. I told you, I'm a yo yo dieter. I gained water weight due to bad jet lag and dehydration that time. Wasn't it a brilliant excuse (wink)?

Universal Studio is located in Orlando too, just nearby Disney World. It's a thrill and cool theme park to visit. The roller coaster was incredible although I didn't try it. Quite scary to me.
** Other than these two places, I also visited The John & Mable Ringling Museum of Art and Siesta Key (beach) in Sarasota. I was staying in Miami for approximately 1 month during my semester break.
# New York (Nov-Jan 2006)

Times Square.

New York City.

St. Patrick Cathedral.

With Van Gogh's famous painting in MoMA (Museum of Modern Art).

The subway station nearby my residential area.

Observing the Empire State Building from the top of the Rockefeller Center.

Extremely packed New York City.

I miss New York, seriously. When browsing over my photo albums, I feel like flying back to NY for a piece of NY cheesecake or Brooklyn pizza. My hubby and I used to hang out there for movie, Broadway shows, restaurants, shopping and of course shopping again. It is a shopping paradise despite its sales tax, you can't blame me. New York is the best city that I've ever been. The uniqueness, the culture, the art and the diversity of people blended real well together.
# Portland (Nov 2007 - Recent)
And from New York, My hubby moved to Portland, Oregon which is the place that I ended up now. If you are royal Beverly's Secret supporter, you already know how Portland looks like. If you are a new comer, welcome! I provide you some links for further reading. Better click on it!
Rocking Mt. Hood
Multnomah Falls
Japanese Garden
# Texas (March 2008)
On top of that, I also went to Texas in for a 5 days vacation. I had different kind of Tex-Mex foods and experienced Cowboy culture there. I know you can't wait to know more as well. Well, I'm really a great person and will help you with that certainly. Here's the links. Heee Haaarr~~
