Second of all, Miyaki is feeling a lot better! That's the best Christmas gift I've ever had, thank god. He's very playful and energetic, just like the same old Miyaki in the good old days. But I'll have to minimize his activities for another 6 weeks, just to avoid & prevent any further injury. So ya, he's all good now :D
Ok, finished reporting. It's time to show you something equally exciting but with pictures! Are you ready for Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse?

Pic #1 I've been there several times, but never blogged about it. This pics was taken in the summer. G.O.S.H, I miss the greenery scenery.

Pic #2 The menu.
Perhaps you start asking yourself now, what's so exciting about this place? It just seems like another typical restaurant after all. Well, yes and no. It's a restaurant, correct, but it's not a typical restaurant you can find in everywhere. Because Dushanbe teahouse is a gift from Tajikistan. The construction of this magnificent architecture began in 1987 til 1990. And the Dushanbe Teahouse reflects Tajikistan's artistic tradition that dates back nearly 2,000 years.

While I'm waiting for my food, I shall show you around. The most amazing fact of the Teahouse (also the reason why I adore this place so much) is that all the decorative elements are handmade, including its hand-carved and hand-painted ceiling, tables, stools, columns, and exterior ceramic panels.

Yay! Our orders are here!!!

Pic #20 My Persian Khoresh-e Fesenjan!!!

Pic #21 It tasted like a fusion of Chinese oriental chicken rice and Persian spices. And the dried apricot and dried cherries added a little tangy flavor to it. With all that together, it sounds Y.U.M!!!
And I finished the whole plate myself (loud & proud) although I'm not a big fans of rice~~

Yummy lunch with darling fiance, that sounds something like mmm...mmm... Well, don't get me wrong, that's just a blunt expression of satisfaction, and to translate that into a language that we all understand, it spells something like L.O.V.E!
Hope you enjoy this post and after reading this, you should know Boulder better now!
Regards,
Bev
