
Girls are absolutely obsess about weight. So do I! That's why, Beverly goes skinny this time!
Due to festive February, I eat uncontrollably. Sigh...You are the witness of all my indulgences. Not only that, the easy access of fast food restaurants nearby my neighborhood contribute 50% of my weight gain. KFC, McD, Tacobell, Arby's, Wendy's, Subway, Burgerville and so on, you name it, they have it. ARGH!! Really have to discipline myself for healthy eating habit.
Consequently, I throw myself into diet plan AGAIN! But this time, I have to eat healthy instead of cut down meals.

Seaweed + Orange juice = Brunch (breakfast + lunch)

Beverly's Style rainbow salad = Dinner
Are you joking? How do I survive with seaweed and vegetables? I do consume meat, fruits and cereal during the whole slimming program. If you are interested, visit me again, I'll update with new "recipe". I know, you are about to tell me exercise is important too. Hmm, do you consider walking is another form of exercise? I do but the last time I walked was at Pioneer Square, a shopping mall. Hehe~~

Started my plan few days ago. Hope I can loss some weight for my new bikini on Summer. Usually, my hubby is the one who oppose my diet plan, but this time he gives me full support. Obviously, he can't stand for my fats anymore!! So cruel to be true...
I sacrifice french fries, fillet-o-fish, fried chicken, cheesecake, chocolates, onion ring, buffalo wing, pasta, pizza, potato chips and uncountable delicious foods for tone body (T.T).
But every time I see the green logo with the wording Starbucks Coffee, DAMN!!!

Hahaha~~ Just a cup of tall skinny latte, don't be so calculative! Ermm, I heard coffee helps to loss weight, isn't it?

ARGH...whatever, I deserved a break!
P/S: Do not simply follow my eating habit, it might affect your health. Although I do not consult physicians for a proper eating program, I know my body better than anyone does.

i have a secret recipe actually, it will goes more healthier...
take 1-2 apple half and hour before your meal, that is't...
the principle goes apple's hull will absorb axunge COMPLETELY. then, 1-2 apple will make u full before u taking you meal...
after all, just wait and see the result :)

i sleep at 3-4am every nite, then wake up late late d nex day..or even wake up ordy oso dunwan go down 1st..until d dinner time then i go down n eat...

haha..well congrats on ur dieting success...well, just to share my opinion, (hope u dont mind;p)..i am a believer in full breakfast ;-)
a medium lunch and a light dinner (agree with ur salad dinner)...but i couldn't maintain the regime anymore the moment i got back to msia...however I am losing weight due to stress from work (always happen whenever i am back from overseas)...anyway yea, and I believe in trying to cut down as much meat as possible (for health and environmental reasons: eating meat is not as sustainable as eating vegetable;PP) and yes, i have also been avoiding deep fried food for sometime..and trying to maintain it now back in msia...and am not a fast food person and gassy drinks definitely a no-no (i get bloaty)
...hope to share more of ur healthy eating / living style...hehe...but i am one dead lazy bum really when it comes to exercising;PPP
