It's Grocery Day! Time to stock up foods and house hold stuffs.

cards
Don't get me wrong, I'm not just buying expensive things. In fact, I spot for great deal with low price all the time. So, Walmart is my target this time.

cards
Reading magazine along 30 minutes drive. It's my first time to Walmart, how exciting!

BUT... (=.=lll)
What I see is Giant's "ancestor"...

cards
If you always picture Walmart as a high scale supermarket, I'm here to prove you wrong. Walmart, it's just like Giant in Malaysia, but bigger (they sell everything apparently) and better (exchange and return policy).

cards
We want to fill up the trolley for a better photos, but we already have 32 items.

However, I couldn't show you everything I've bought, really don't want anyone to mistake me as a full time housewife yet. Therefore, I've chosen some proper products to suit Beverly's Secret image.

cards
This is soooooo cheap! $7.50, I can't believe it!
Nice shade for Summer.

cards
Hair care (from left to right)
Loreal Vive Pro conditioner (new!!), volumizing comb, Conair hair brush

cards
For eyes (from left to right)
Maybeline eye lashes (Felicia, is this the one you get in UK?), Maybeline eye liner, beauty scissor

Stop envying, view my receipt first.

cards
Yup, $126++ for semi-monthly house hold products, sometimes even more :'(

Dear readers, it's not really fun to stay in US sometimes.

Well, what you bought is considered cheap already, if the products switched to Malaysia, the price also will be the same...

Dear Akira,
Normally, camera is not allow in shopping mall US...I already tried my best..

Dear Ryan,
Yup, they sell some asian foods but not a wide range. There's a big Asian market here too.

Dear Poison-baby,
I do it every 2 weeks...First time dropping by is it? Thx for visiting!!

Dear Esther,
Ohh...hmm...
How?

Dear Emilo,
It's cheaper if i am earing USD. Unfortunately, i'm jz a student here. And, asian foods are quite costly. A roti canai here costs $3.50, sigh...

Dear Sai Ling,
Ya Ya, that's what i mean "expensive"!! you get me right, dear..

Dear Hazel,
purposely showing it out one :p

I'm not going to Walmart for clothing, hehe..I saw the shoe while i'm about to pay my bill. So, just grab it.

Sigh, it's cheap if compare to M'sia living standard. But if converted to RM, dear, US$300++ for 2 persons every month, is quite...hmm...I near pay for that much in foods...really don't know, maybe this is cheap...

Beverly's Secret said...

* I never pay that much in foods...

oh ya, food is of course cheaper, but then like one bottle of conditioner is like rm15, then makeup also like rm30-ish? so combine all also already it'll be quite a lot.. anyway, i think food here is expensive cos there's so much processing involved, and everything is ready packed! but they have a big range of healthy food, you see all the weight watchers logo, but then a big range of snacks and candy also, LOL...

I always feel that living standard at here more expensive compare to US. Dont convert the currency, because most of the people cant stay here and earn USD.

By looking at your receipt, there are around 20+ items, but only cost you 126, at malaysia, a receipt like this long, at least 200+.

No worry, for sure one day you will become a full time houwsewife.

Dear Wai Seng,

It is...but only enough for 1 or 2 weeks...so, double the bill for monthly gross grocery expenses and covert into RM...
