I ❤ SF - Part III (BBQ X 2)

Saturday, June 5, 2010

I'm multitasking now. I have my pink Macbook facing in front of me and a documentary called "Art & Copy" playing on my 46" TV at the same time. I always make myself busy and I love occupying my time with as many things as possible.

Life is too short and I truly believe we should double the happiness once we have found it, say BBQ in the late spring, so I did it two days in a row on last weekend.

SF10_sarah+me
Ryan & Sarah are too nice to invite us over for a BBQ at their awesome apartment.

SF10_BBQ_friends1
Jeff, Zero (the pug), Marsha and Milan (the baby) were enjoying the sun.

SF10_BBQ_me+friends
I hate sunlight but I enjoy their company so much ;)

SF10_BBQ_chean+friends
Chean and his buddy, Jason.

SF10_BBQ_chean+zero
Zero is the cutest pug ever! Seriously.

SF10_BBQ_me+zero
Wish you were here, Miyaki. I know you'll love to meet Zero.

SF10_BBQ1
Ryan and I were trying to cook but failed entirely. Jason took over after me :p

SF10_BBQ_foods
Y.U.M.M.Y!!! (No chicken wings at all, American BBQ is totally different than our M'sian style one.)

SF10_BBQ_sarah+chean
Chit-chatting...

SF10_BBQ_sarah
Sarah and the cutie pie lying on the patio with his mummy, Lora.

SF10_BBQ_chillout
Ryan's story telling time... Attention please, people!

It was such a wonderful evening reuniting with old friends and meeting new people (thanks, Ryan & Sarah again!); and the kebabs and sausages were simply beyond delicious. That's why we asked for more on the next day :p

SF10_BBQ2_friends
At Jason & Marsha friend's place. That's Dan in red, playing with Milan.

SF10_BBQ2_pug
Dan has a baby pug too, Cia.

SF10_BBQ2_foods2
Jason made us his signature Jamaican Jerk Pork that day, it's omg-edly good!!!

SF10_BBQ2_jason
Let's give the chef a round of applause. Jason, you're the man!

SF10_BBQ2_jerkpork
You think the pork's slightly burned? No way, Jason said that's how Jerk Pork supposed to be. Hell ya, it tasted superb ^__________^V

Now all these pictures make me super starving already! I'm gonna grab some snacks or maybe stuff myself with cherries before preparing for tomorrow's blog material.

Enjoy your weekend!

p/s: Miss you all, Ryan, Sarah, Jason, Marsha and our precious goddaughter Baby Milan.
Feel free to visit Portland anytime, Chean & I are more than happy to be your host ;)

p/p/s: I missed the SATC2 movie yesterday due to the annoying migraine attack. Super upset, guess I'll have delay it until next weekend. Don't tell me the synopsis ok!

Muakssss,
Bev

I love that delicious kebab, slurp~!

American BBQ seems to be more relaxing than our Malaysian style. I'm sure it was a great experience~!

Hi Geok Kee,

Hi Nice9,
I felt the same too at first. ;)

Hi Xiu Hui,
Good luck on your exam!

Yummy food, and looks like great company :)

BTW...I think Cia is more of a Boston Terrier than a Pug. :P Pugs have a much shorter muzzle :)
